Jumbo king crab claws, pre-cooked and split so the meat lifts out in one clean piece. The shells are a deep, glossy orange-red; inside, the flesh is snowy white, firm and faintly sweet.

Look at the black tips on the pincers and the sheer thickness of each segment — that is the mark of true king crab, not the slimmer snow crab it is so often confused with.
